Depth without the discomfort. Slow, deep, pressure is applied using the broad surface of the therapists foot, allowing more depth to be achieved without the discomfort of a traditional deep tissue massage. Benefits generally last longer than those of a traditional massage

Hand-crafted contoured Hot Stones, blends soothing heat with ultra-relaxing and therapeutic massage. The heat allows the therapist to access deeper muscle layers and release tension faster, without using intense pressure, making it ideal for those wanting the benefits of deep work without the intensity of traditional deep tissue massage.

Mamas Glow - Prenatal Massage
A prenatal massage tailored to the unique needs of each expecting mama. This service promotes relaxation, improves blood flow, and helps reduce tension and swelling. Supportive pregnancy cushions allow clients to rest comfortably on their stomach or in a semi-reclined position, helping relieve pressure from the back and hips while supporting comfort and healthy blood flow for both mama and baby. Additional pillows and cushions are available as needed.
