The Scent Pathway: Inhaling these natural plant extracts stimulates the olfactory system, which sends direct messages to the part of the brain that regulates your emotions and memories.

The Result: With just a single breath, these aromatic molecules can gently shift your heart rate, breathing patterns, and stress hormone levels.

You may choose up to two essential oils to be used throughout your session. Let your therapist know what your preferences are either in person during the intake interview before your session, or by typing it into the "Notes" section in your online booking.

Lavender

Aroma: Floral
